Experiencias y Consideraciones para el Adiestramiento Clínico en Programas de Psicología Profesional en tiempos de COVID-19

Resumen

El contexto socio-poli?tico-histo?rico de Puerto Rico plantea una serie de retos para los programas de adiestramiento cli?nico en programas de psicologi?a profesional. Desde el 2017 nos hemos enfrentado a eventos naturales aumentando la complejidad de nuestro panorama. Ante esto, la Universidad Albizu ha desarrollado diversos proyectos para mantener los procesos de continuidad acade?mica. Este arti?culo tiene el objetivo de compartir la experiencia y los procesos de planificacio?n e implementacio?n de proyectos innovadores integrando la tecnologi?a, desarrollados como parte del plan de continuidad de adiestramiento cli?nico ante el COVID-19 en los programas de psicologi?a cli?nica y psicologi?a en consejeri?a psicolo?gica. Por ejemplo, la tele pra?ctica, paciente estandarizado y expediente cli?nico electro?nico fortalecieron los programas de la institucio?n. Las experiencias y el modelo de desarrollo instruccional de adiestramiento cli?nico desarrollado en este contexto pueden servir de base para otros programas en condiciones similares para lo que se desarrollan sugerencias especi?ficas.
